Q. What audio formats do we transfer?

We transfer cassette tapes (the kind you used to be able to pop in your car); DAT tapes, micro/mini cassettes, vinyl records and reel-to-reel.

Q. Do you do the work on-site or ship it out?

We do the work on site. Your precious audio tapes, records or reels do not leave the premises until you pick them up.

Q. On the CD, do you break the audio into tracks?

Only if you request it. Additional fee may apply.

Q. Do you get rid of the background static noise so prevalent in old recordings?

We use an audio-enhancement software to tweak the quality of the audio so you get the best possible balance between audio you want and static background noise you don’t. It is software-driven, we do not do manual audio restoration.
